Our Wild At Heart was named after the famous movie and is our 19gram classic. We use this roast as the House Espresso in our cafés, because it allows us to offer you the perfect espresso and serve a harmonious cappuccino.
The coffee is a blend of the Castillo and Colombia varieties, grown in Palermo in Huila, Colombia. The beans come from different micro-farmers together. The farms are located at an altitude of 1,600 – .2000 m. The beans are washed and then fermented in the traditional way. The coffee cherries are fermented for 12-18 hours, then for another 24-50 hours in a closed tank.
After the beans are separated from the pulp, they are mechanically dried, which means that the beans are dried very evenly. The profile of the coffee in the cup is clear but intense, with notes of caramel, chocolate, and strawberries. The perfect espresso!
