A cup of this medium-bodied red bourbon coffee, prepared as a anaerobe natural, brings out notes of stone fruits such as plum and cherry, mango, grape jelly and melon.
This is the wonderful coffee from the producer Jorge Cruz, from the Ahuachapan Province in El Salvador. This DIRECT TRADE ‘LAS VERANERAS’ is already our third harvest from this farm and has been processed as an anaerobic natural, 96 hours. The harvest at Las Veraneras is the decisive step, because only the ripe coffee fruits are harvested. The farm is known for innovative fermentation and drying methods that produce special profiles.
