Hibrido de Timor (HdT) is a naturally occurring hybrid of Arabica and Robusta that is inherently resilient to pests and climatic changes. The espresso beans are obtianed from a single cooperative in Cristo Liurai in Ermera region of the island state of Timor-Leste.

The cooperative consists of 11 smallholders and is managed by the smallholder Luis Santos de Jesus. There the coffee is sustainably harvested by hand in wild coffee forests, bought and refined by our partners at top local prices, shipped and finally roasted for sale at our partner roastery Bonanza Coffee in Berlin.
