The Don Pachi coffee farm is located in the well-known coffee-growing region of Boquete in Panama. It was founded in 1873 by the Italian Antonio “Don Pachi” Serracín Senior. Don Pachi Junior brought the first Geisha coffee seeds from Costa Rica to Panama around 1963. His seeds became the starting point for many other farmers in Panama, and the country soon gained fame for its special coffees.
Currently, the farm is run by Francisco Seracín Junior’s family in the 4th generation. Careful selection and the microclimate, shaped by the strong winds that blow down the mountains towards the Caribbean Sea, make this coffee so unique.
