This is a lightly roasted omniroast: as a filter coffee it is balanced, round, and fruity and as an espresso, it is a light roast in which the acidity and the variety of aromas are underlined.
100 % Ethiopia, Taramesa cooperative, natural arabica.
Medium acidity, tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, and strawberry, with notes of black tea.
Fire Finch is especially suitable for espresso machines but also works with a hand filter, AeroPress, French Press, or Karlsbad coffee maker. Flying Roasters use Fire Finch also to do great Cold Brews.
Flying Roasters sell their coffee unground as beans so that you can prepare the coffee as freshly as possible. By grinding yourself, you make sure that all the aromas end up in your cup. After just 30 minutes of exposure to air, ground coffee loses a large part of its aroma.
