Hy Coffee focuses on the existential production of wild and climate-resilient coffees. Hy Coffees aims to push the pale past commercial coffee, highlighting the threat climate change poses to coffee culture and community altogether.

Hy Coffee cultivates rare species of coffee varieties, generally known as wild coffee, to present and expand the public’s idea of what coffee really is, and break the typical thinking of how coffee should always taste. Coffee is quite diverse and Hy Coffee is known for diversifying the market.

The current variety available to the open market is adapted from Timor-Leste – an Indonesian Island. Hy Coffee’s brand is a natural hybrid between arabica for its unique flavor, and robusta for that special jolt quality coffee should be known for.

Not only is this variety particular in its taste notes, but is also disease resistant, which Hy Coffee is here to promote to combat against the upcoming climate crisis and in favor of global agriculture.
