Detailed Description
“Coffeeberry ripening” Each branch of the coffee tree is covered with colorful berries. They grow on the branches in large clusters. At the same time, you can see red – ripe berries, yellow-orange – ripening, and green – still unripe berries on the same branch. This is the normal condition of the coffee tree. Coffee pickers come back up to 6 times to the same tree in order to collect only ripe berries each time. Mature fruits, depending on the variety of the coffee tree, turn red or yellow. It is said that yellow berries are a rarer phenomenon in the world of coffee than red ones. The taste of yellow berries is sweeter. Red ones are with a sweet-sour taste. The multicolor and brightness of the fruits inspired me to create this work. I love coffee. And when I look at the festive juicy berries with which the branch is strewn, my mood rises! This artwork is an example of botanical painting.
